Lubao helps businesses compare payment-processing options, estimate potential savings, review pricing-program choices, evaluate equipment and payment tools, and begin the merchant onboarding process through Payroc's payment platform.

Lubao LLC is not Payroc LLC, a bank, a card network, or an underwriting authority. Payment processing, underwriting, account approval, funding, equipment availability, pricing-program approval, and ongoing merchant services are provided by Payroc and/or its banking, technology, and service partners, subject to their requirements and applicable agreements.

References to Payroc, ConsumerChoice, RewardPay Choice, Interchange+, Roc Services, Roc Giving, equipment, gateways, funding options, or related services are provided to explain Payroc-supported options that may be available through Lubao. Availability and final terms are subject to review and approval.

We try to keep the information accurate and current, but payment products, pricing, program availability, equipment options, underwriting requirements, funding timelines, card-brand rules, state-law requirements, and service-provider requirements can change.

For a more specific review, Lubao may request a current processing statement and may submit business information to Payroc or applicable service providers for review.

Program fees, equipment costs, transaction fees, gateway fees, chargeback fees, compliance-related fees, funding fees, and other account-related fees may apply depending on the selected setup and approved merchant agreement.

4. Pricing Programs, Dual Pricing, and Surcharging

Information about Interchange+, ConsumerChoice, RewardPay Choice, dual pricing, card pricing, cash discounts, surcharging, ACH discounts, or related payment models is provided for general business education and program comparison only.

Dual pricing, surcharging, card pricing, cash discounting, debit/prepaid handling, signage, receipt language, customer disclosures, and program availability may be subject to card-brand rules, state law, processor requirements, service-provider requirements, equipment compatibility, and merchant-specific approval.

Lubao LLC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. Merchants are responsible for confirming that any pricing presentation, signage, receipt language, checkout flow, and customer disclosure practices comply with applicable laws, rules, and agreements before implementation.

5. Merchant Applications and Underwriting

Submitting a form, signup request, setup flow, statement-review request, processing statement, or merchant application through this website does not guarantee approval. Merchant accounts are subject to underwriting, risk review, identity verification, business verification, ownership verification, processing review, and approval by Payroc and/or its banking, technology, and service partners.

The application tools on this website are intended to help collect information and prepare a merchant account request for review. They are not the final merchant processing agreement unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement provided by Payroc, a bank, processor, or applicable service provider.

Any references to next-day funding, same-day funding, equipment availability, gateway availability, software tools, mobile tools, POS systems, card-present processing, card-not-present processing, ACH processing, EBT/SNAP acceptance, recurring billing, donation tools, or other services are subject to approval, configuration, underwriting, bank timing, network rules, service-provider requirements, and applicable agreements.

Availability may vary by merchant type, industry, location, risk profile, business model, equipment selection, pricing program, payment method, and other factors. Lubao may help explain available options, but final availability is determined by Payroc and/or applicable service providers.
