This Privacy Policy explains how Lubao LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit lubao.co, contact us, use our calculator, request a statement review, schedule a call, use the setup flow, or submit information through our forms.

Lubao LLC is an independently owned and operated business that represents Payroc LLC for merchant processing services. This policy applies to Lubao's website and related lead, sales, statement-review, setup, onboarding, and support activity. Payroc's own privacy practices are governed by Payroc's policies and applicable merchant agreements.

  • Business information: business type, industry, address, website, ownership details, tax classification, business description, years in business, merchant category, and business needs.
  • Processing information: current processor, monthly card volume, average ticket, highest monthly volume, payment methods, card mix, return policy, current equipment, gateway needs, and payment workflow.
  • Statement-review information: merchant statements, fee details, effective rate, transaction counts, processor fees, equipment fees, and related statement data you choose to share.
  • Setup-flow information: pricing-program preference, payment tools selected, equipment preference, gateway preference, funding interest, and related setup selections.
  • Application information: information submitted when preparing or starting merchant onboarding, including business verification, owner verification, processing details, deposit banking details, uploaded documents, and related application materials.

  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source, approximate location information, form activity, and similar website usage data collected through hosting logs, analytics tools, or similar technologies.

2. Sensitive Information

Merchant account review may require sensitive information, including owner details, taxpayer identification information, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, banking information, business documents, voided checks, business licenses, storefront photos, and other underwriting materials.

Some fields on Lubao's application tools may be designed not to save sensitive information in your browser between sessions. However, when you intentionally submit an application, upload documents, or send information to Lubao, that information may be transmitted and used for merchant account review, underwriting, onboarding, support, or related business purposes.

Please do not submit sensitive information unless it is needed for a merchant-services request or onboarding process. Avoid sending highly sensitive information by unsecured email unless you are specifically instructed to do so or choose to proceed that way.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule calls.
  • Provide savings estimates, statement reviews, and pricing comparisons.
  • Recommend pricing programs, products, gateways, equipment, and payment tools.
  • Help evaluate whether Interchange+, ConsumerChoice, RewardPay Choice, Roc Services, Roc Giving, gateways, equipment, or other Payroc-supported options may fit your business.
  • Prepare or begin merchant account onboarding with Payroc and/or applicable service providers.
  • Communicate about applications, underwriting questions, document requests, setup, equipment, support, and account-related issues.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, submissions, applications, communications, and merchant-support activity.
  • Improve website functionality, user experience, content, calculator tools, setup flows, and application flows.
  • Detect, prevent, or respond to fraud, misuse, security issues, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:

  • With Payroc: to evaluate, price, underwrite, onboard, service, support, or manage merchant processing accounts.
  • With banking, technology, underwriting, and service-provider partners: when needed for account review, payment processing, risk review, equipment setup, gateway setup, funding, compliance, support, or related services.
  • With website and business service providers: such as hosting providers, email tools, scheduling platforms, analytics tools, form handlers, file-transfer tools, CRM tools, or other vendors used to operate the website and business.
  • For legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons: when required or appropriate to comply with law, legal process, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or protection of rights.
  • With your direction or consent: when you ask us to send information to a specific party or take an action that requires sharing information.

5. Merchant Statements and Business Documents

If you provide a processing statement, voided check, business license, photo, application document, or other business document, we may use it to review current fees, estimate savings, understand your business, evaluate equipment or pricing options, prepare your application, support underwriting, or help determine appropriate Payroc-supported solutions.

These documents may be shared with Payroc and/or applicable banking, technology, underwriting, equipment, gateway, or service-provider partners when needed for analysis, underwriting, onboarding, support, or account servicing.

If Lubao requests supporting documents, we will provide instructions for how to submit them. Do not send sensitive documents unless they are needed for a merchant-services request, statement review, application, underwriting, onboarding, or support matter.

6. Local Browser Storage and Saved Progress

Some website tools may save progress locally in your browser so you can return to a form or setup flow later. This may include non-sensitive business details, setup selections, pricing-program preferences, selected tools, and section-completion status.

Lubao may design certain sensitive fields, such as SSN, EIN, dates of birth, routing numbers, and bank account numbers, not to be stored in local browser storage. If you return later, you may need to re-enter those fields.

You may be able to clear saved progress using a website control, by clearing your browser storage, or by using another browser/device.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, analytics tools, hosting logs, or similar technologies to understand site traffic, improve pages, remember certain preferences, troubleshoot functionality, monitor performance, and protect the website.

You can adjust cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies or storage may affect some website features, including saved progress, form behavior, analytics, or user-experience improvements.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no website, email system, file upload, internet transmission, or electronic storage method is completely secure.

You are responsible for using reasonable care when submitting information online, including using secure devices, avoiding public computers for sensitive submissions, and confirming that you are communicating with legitimate Lubao contact channels.

9. Data Retention

We keep information as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including lead follow-up, statement review, merchant onboarding, account support, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, business records, and relationship management.

Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, whether you become a merchant, whether the information was submitted to Payroc or another service provider, and applicable legal, contractual, underwriting, compliance, or recordkeeping requirements.

10. Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided to Lubao, subject to legal, contractual, underwriting, fraud-prevention, security, compliance, and recordkeeping obligations.

If information has already been shared with Payroc or another service provider, that information may also be governed by that provider's privacy policy, merchant agreement, underwriting requirements, or legal obligations. Lubao may not be able to delete or modify records maintained by third parties.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing communications by following the instructions in the message or contacting Lubao directly. We may still send transactional, application-related, support-related, or account-related communications when appropriate.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to or use third-party websites, platforms, and tools, including Payroc, scheduling platforms, email providers, analytics tools, form tools, gateway providers, equipment providers, or other service providers.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the website, please contact us so we can review the issue.

13. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. These rights may include the ability to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how certain personal information is used or shared.

Lubao does not sell personal information. If you have a privacy-related request, contact us using the email address below and we will review it based on applicable law and our legal, contractual, underwriting, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations.
